Jones Day advised Henderson Park in the acquisition of the iconic PGA National Resort and Spa in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.

The 807-acre, 360-key resort, renowned for its 99 holes of championship golf designed by Jack Nicklaus, Arnold Palmer and Tom Fazio, has hosted prestigious PGA events such as the Ryder Cup and PGA Championship and remains home to the Cognizant Classic.
