Client(s) NRP Financial, Inc.

Jones Day represented NRP Financial, Inc. as the seller of the assets of a national broker-dealer business headquartered in northwest Ohio to LPL Financial Corporation in a distress asset sale transaction involving potential insolvency issues. The asset sale was consummated in February 2011, and Jones Day continues to represent NRP Financial with respect to post-closing matters.
