Jones Day advised France Télécom in its €1,374 million ($1.79 billion) acquisition of the stakes of the main minority shareholders of France Télécom España (Banco Santander group, Unicaja, Caja de Ahorros del Mediterraneo, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank), which represent 18.2% of the share capital.
