IBM defends against patent infringement charges relating to data management on computer networks

Jones Day represented defendant IBM in a patent infringement case relating to management of data caching on computer networks. IBM's DB2 and GPFS software were accused of infringement. The lawsuit was successfully settled in April 2009.
