ConsumerInfo.com obtains summary judgment in Illinois consumer class action

Client(s) Experian Information Solutions, Inc.

Jones Day successfully defended ConsumerInfo.com, in a putative class action for false advertising and unfair business practices. We defeated class certification, obtained summary judgment dismissing the plaintiff and won in the 11th circuit.
