Jones Day advised Children's Hospital of Los Angeles ("CHLA") in connection with the construction of its new hospital between 2004 and 2010 and its broader capital facilities program, including preparation of contracts with design professionals, contractors, construction managers and consultants and advising on various issues and challenges that arose over the course of the program.
