Client(s) Sherwin-Williams Company, The

Jones Day successfully defended client, The Sherwin-Williams Company, in a temporary restraining order/preliminary injunction matter seeking to enforce a non-compete agreement to prevent a former PPG senior executive from working for Sherwin-Williams. Jones Day responded with a counterclaim alleging unfair competition and requested expedited discovery. The case settled on mutually agreeable terms.
