Jones Day advises Tokyo Electron Limited in connection with the insolvency of Qimonda AG and its subsidiaries. The activities include the legal analysis of complex supply agreements, the filing of claims against Qimonda group entities in Germany, the representation in creditors' meetings and sessions of the creditors' committee and negotiations with the German insolvency administrator.
