Jones Day advised Eurasian Natural Resources Corporation Plc in its $300 million acquisition of Enya Holding BV, which holds a 90% interest in Chambishi Metals PLC, a Zambian copper and cobalt producer, together with a 100% interest in Comit Resources FZE, a Dubai-based marketing and sales company.
