Jones Day advised SODEARIF, a real estate development subsidiary of Bouygues Batiment Ile-de-France, in connection with the €142.9 million (US$193 million) project financing for the complete revamping of the Vincennes Zoo located near Paris, France, provided by Credit Foncier de France, Caisse d'Epargne Ile-de-France, and Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations (Savings Fund Department). SODEARIF was one of the shareholders, together with ICADE, FIDEPPP, and Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations, in the special purpose vehicle that borrowed the funds for this public-private partnership contract.
