Jones Day represented an international client in a trade secrets litigation against a newly emerging company founded by former employees. The subject matter was the misappropriation of computer data and technical drawings. The proceedings involved dawn raids on the competitor's premises and private homes, in close cooperation with police and the public prosecutor, and subsequent litigation for injunction and damages.
