Jones Day represented Credit Foncier de France and Caisse d'Epargne et de Prévoyance Bourgogne Franche-Comté, as lender, in connection with the €176 million (US$222 million) project financing for the design, construction, and servicing of all of the electric and information systems for the Dijon tramway and a photovoltaic plant in the tramway's park.
