Norco Ranch obtains multimillion dollar settlement

Client(s) Land O'Lakes, Inc.

Jones Day successfully represented Norco Ranch, Inc. ("Norco Ranch") a subsidiary of Land O'Lakes, Inc., in a multimillion dollar litigation involving a complicated business dispute relating to three large commercial properties. After prevailing on various motions and protracted negotiations, the parties reached a settlement with terms favorable to Norco Ranch.
