Jones Day successfully represented Aetna Inc. in connection with its acquisition of Prodigy Health Group, the nation's largest independent third party administrator of self-funded health care plans, from Prodigy Health Holdings, LLC. We assisted the client in negotiating and drafting the definitive agreement and related documents, performing due diligence review and analysis, and addressing various legal and regulatory issues arising during the course of the transaction.
