Jones Day advised Crédit Agricole Nord de France, Société Générale, BNP Paribas, LCL, CIC, BECM, and Banque Palatine in connection with the €370 million (US$532.8 million) leveraged buyout acquisition of Kiloutou, a French company specialized in the rental of equipment for building sites, by PAI Partners, along with historical shareholders, managers, employees, and LBO fund Sagard, which was reinvesting in the company.
