Reynolds Tobacco Company against Plaintiff's claim of age discrimination before the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development, Equal Rights Division, and in the United States District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin. On June 21, 2011, the district court granted summary judgment to Reynolds, dismissing Plaintiff's claim under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act.
