Client(s) Eurasian Natural Resources Corporation Plc (ENRC)

Jones Day advised Eurasian Natural Resources Corporation PLC in the acquisition of the remaining 49.5 percent of the share capital of Camrose Resources Limited as well as the outstanding minority shareholdings in certain Camrose subsidiaries for $550 million. Camrose is now a 100 percent owned subsidiary of ENRC PLC.
