Jones Day advised long-standing client J.F. Lehman & Company, a leading mid-market private equity firm focused on the defense, aerospace, and maritime sectors, in connection with the acquisition and related financing of Doss Aviation, Inc., a leading provider of aviation support services primarily to the U.S. military and other government customers. The financing consisted of a secured credit facility, including term loans, revolving loans and letters of credit, and the sale of unsecured subordinated notes.
