Brittle Bone Society's hotel conference dispute is satisfactorily negotiated
Client(s) Brittle Bone Society
Sarah Batley, an associate in the Trial Practice group, and Julia Carson, in the New Lawyers Group of Jones Day London, advised the Brittle Bone Society, a charity which supports people with osteogenesis imperfecta in a dispute with a hotel where it had held a conference. The Firm's advice helped the charity achieve appropriate compensation and the maintenance of an excellent relationship with the hotel. The chair of the charity wrote to say, "We cannot thank you enough, for all your help and guidance in this. We appreciate how very busy you are – and you never made us feel rushed at all, with your valuable time!"
