Client(s) MPS Group, Inc.

Jones Day represented MPS Group, Inc. and certain of its officers and directors in connection with a putative shareholder class action filed in Florida state court, alleging, among other things, claims of breach of fiduciary duty arising out of the sale of the company to Adecco Group in an all-cash transaction valued at approximately $1.3 billion.
