Jones Day represented Continental Automotive Systems U.S., Inc. in connection with effects bargaining, litigation, and multiple grievances pertaining to the closure of the Company's Huntsville, Alabama facility. We negotiated a favorable comprehensive effects bargaining agreement resolving all outstanding issues between the parties. Among those issues resolved was retiree medical litigation that was pending in the Northern District of Alabama after the Firm succeeded in having the case transferred from the retiree friendly Eastern District of Michigan.
