International Coal Group obtains dismissal of complaint involving coal commission contracts

Jones Day obtained dismissal of complaint on behalf of International Coal Group, Inc. in the Circuit Court of Cook County, which was affirmed by the Appellate Court of Illinois, seeking to hold our client and its subsidiaries liable for coal commission contracts associated with entities whose assets our client had acquired through bankruptcy proceedings.
