Client(s) Riverside Company, The

Jones Day advised The Riverside Company in connection with its acquisition and related financing of DentalPlans.com Inc., a direct-to-consumer marketing and e-commerce platform for dental savings plans. The financing consisted of a senior secured term and revolving credit facility, and Senior Subordinated Notes.
