Ecore purchases Recylux Group and restructures debt of Recylux entities

Client(s) Ecore B.V. and Guy Dauphin Environnement

Jones Day advised Ecore B.V., a French company specializing in the recycling of industrial waste, and Guy Dauphin Environnement in connection with the acquisition and debt restructuring of the Recylux Group, a ferrous and non-ferrous scrap recycler located in France, Belgium, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands. The financing of the acquisition is under an increase of an existing working capital facility with Société Générale and a borrowing base facility with BNP Paribas.
