Riverside portfolio company acquires Premier Medical

Client(s) Riverside Company, The

Jones Day advised The Riverside Company in connection with the acquisition and related financing by portfolio company RCS Management Holding Company of Premier Medical Corporation, a provider of rental respiratory equipment, liquid oxygen, durable medical equipment, and related services to skilled nursing facilities and hospices in Colorado, New Mexico, and Wyoming. The financing consisted of an amendment and restatement of RCS Management's existing senior secured asset-based revolving credit facility and senior secured second lien term loan facility which resulted in an increase in the revolving facility and an additional second-lien term loan.
