Riverside acquires Learning Seat

Client(s) Riverside Company, The

Jones Day advised The Riverside Company in connection with its acquisition and related financing of Learning Seat, a Melbourne, Australia-based developer and provider of eLearning courses. The financing consisted of a facility provided by the Commonwealth Bank of Australia to partly fund the acquisition and ongoing working capital of Learning Seat Pty Ltd.
