Nuvia Nordic and Coor Services Management Nuclear obtain EC competition approval for nuclear services joint venture in Sweden

Jones Day assisted Nuvia Nordic AB and Coor Services Management Nuclear AB in notifying the creation of a new joint venture, Nordic Nuclear Services, to the European Commission. The joint venture will provide nuclear services to nuclear power plants in Sweden. The European Commission approved the joint venture, without any conditions, on July 12, 2012.
