Jones Day advised ACI Worldwide, Inc., a leading provider of payment systems, in its acquisition and related financing of Online Resources, a leading provider of online banking and full-service bill pay solutions, in an all cash transaction for $263 million. The financing consisted of a senior secured incremental term facility made available to ACI Worldwide under its existing credit facility.
