Micron Technology defeats putative wage and hour class action and claims under the Private Attorney General Act filed on behalf of all California engineers

Client(s) Micron Technology, Inc.

Jones Day represented Micron Technology, Inc. in a putative class action brought on behalf of all individuals performing engineering services in California.  Faced with removal to federal court, a motion to dismiss on statute of limitations grounds, lack of standing due to a bankruptcy filing, and failure to state a claim, the action was dismissed. The team was led by Rick Bergstrom and Steve Zadravecz.
