Procter & Gamble defeats class certification in misbranding action
Client(s) Procter & Gamble Company, The
Jones Day obtained complete denial of class certification in a putative consumer class action brought against The Procter & Gamble Company in which the plaintiffs alleged that the labeling of Pringles potato crisps is false and misleading. Other allegations included violations of federal regulations promulgated under the Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.
