GE acquires Salof, designer and manufacturer of mini LNG technologies

Client(s) General Electric Company

Jones Day advised General Electric Company in its acquisition of the Salof group of companies, designers of mini LNG and CO2 technologies and facilities. The transaction included the acquisition of a 50 percent interest in Beijing enCryo Engineering Co., Ltd., a Beijing based joint venture with Beijing Maison Engineering Co., Ltd. that historically partnered with Salof on various projects in China and elsewhere.
