Jones Day represented Tata Technologies SPV Inc., a subsidiary of Tata Technologies Inc., in connection with the acquisition and related financing of Cambric Corporation, a global provider of engineering solutions to Fortune 100 motor vehicle, powertrain, and heavy equipment manufacturing companies. The financing included a term loan and a working capital facility provided by Bank of America, N.A. and made available to Cambric Holdings Inc.
