Jones Day represented HSP-EPI Acquisition, LLC in the acquisition of substantially all of the assets of Entertainment Publications, LLC's assets. Entertainment Publication, which filed its chapter 7 case in March 2013, is a leading marketer and seller of consumer discount, promotion, and coupon products.
