Client(s) American Honda Motor Company, Inc.
Jones Day obtained a dismissal of all claims against American Honda Motor Company, Inc., with prejudice, in a multi-defendant patent infringement action brought in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas by plaintiff Rydex, Ltd. Rydex had sued Honda and numerous other automotive companies on January 12, 2011, for infringement of a patent issued for "Fluid Delivery Control Apparatus." Rydex dismissed its claims against Honda with prejudice on January 16, 2013.
