Riverside portfolio company acquires EcoSmart

Client(s) Riverside Company, The

Jones Day advised The Riverside Company in connection with the acquisition and related financing by portfolio company Eemax Holding Company of EcoSmart Green Energy Products, Inc., a manufacturer of tankless water heaters and related products and accessories. The financing consisted of an amendment and restatement by portfolio company Eemax, Inc. of its existing senior secured revolving loan facility with Webster Bank, National Association, and the addition of a subordinated unsecured seller note.
