Eighth Circuit adopts Jones Day's argument that Government may not pursue unrestricted garnishment of long-term disability payments

The Eighth Circuit appointed Jones Day to file a supplemental brief on behalf of pro se defendant-appellant Joyce Ashcraft in this case involving an issue of first impression. Ashcraft challenged the Government's garnishment of her long-term disability payments in partial fulfillment of the restitution she owes for her crimes.
