Client(s) Riverside Company, The

Jones Day advised The Riverside Company in connection with its acquisition and related financing of BeneSys Inc., a provider of third-party administration (TPA) services for employee healthcare and pension benefit programs for Taft-Hartley multiemployer plans. The financing consisted of a term loan and a revolving facility.
