Jones Day represented Dignity Health in negotiating a 10-year management services agreement with Optum360. Optum360 will be the exclusive revenue cycle services provider to Dignity Health's hospitals, clinics and physicians. About 3,000 employees from Dignity Health and Optum will make up the workforce of Optum360.
