OmniVision defends against Caltech's patent infringement claims relating to CMOS image sensor technology

Client(s) OmniVision Technologies, Inc.

Jones Day represented OmniVision Technologies, Inc. in a patent infringement action brought by the California Institute of Technology (Caltech) in the District of Delaware. Caltech alleged that OmniVision infringed 11 patents relating to image sensor technology. The case was resolved by settlement.
