Jones Day represented DSP Merrill Lynch Limited, Citigroup Global Markets India Private Limited, Morgan Stanley India Company Private Limited, Standard Chartered Securities (India) Limited, and Axis Capital Limited in connection with the INR 30.0 billion (US$515 million) of Equity Shares in a qualified institutions placement by Idea Cellular Limited, the third largest mobile telecommunications operator in India. Idea Cellular Limited is the flagship company of the Aditya Birla Group.
