Client(s) Rockwood Capital Real Estate Partners, L.P.

Jones Day represented Rockwood Capital Real Estate Partners, L.P., in a joint venture with Jamestown Properties, Crown Acquisitions, and Murray Hill Properties, in connection with its $595 million sale of 530 Fifth Avenue, Manhattan, New York, to a consortium of investors led by Thor Equities, LLC. Jones Day represented Rockwood in the $395 million purchase of the 500,000-square-foot retail and office building in 2012.
