Viasystems Group acquired by TTM Technologies for $927 million

Client(s) Viasystems Group, Inc.

Jones Day advised Viasystems Group, Inc. in its acquisition by TTM Technologies, Inc. for a combination of cash and stock valued at approximately $368 million, or $16.46 per Viasystems share, based on the TTM closing share price as of September 19, 2014. The total enterprise value of the transaction, including assumption of Viasystems' debt, is approximately $927 million.

In addition to M&A representation, Jones Day provided antitrust, capital markets, employee benefits, and tax advice regarding this transaction.
