Victoria's Secret secures trade dress and trademark injunction

Jones Day client Victoria's Secret secured injunctive relief against Bob's Stores LLC after suing the retailer for trademark and trade dress infringement in connection with its popular PINK line of clothing. On August 19, 2014, Judge Frost of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio entered the injunction prohibiting use of Victoria's Secret's PINK and related trademarks as well as its trade dress.
