Jones Day represented the Belgian counsel to Platinum Equity LLC in its $170 million acquisition of the global Pressure Sensitive Materials business known as MACtac, a manufacturer and distributor of pressure sensitive labels, from Bemis Company, Inc., a supplier of flexible packaging and pressure sensitive materials used by leading food, consumer products, healthcare, and other companies worldwide.
