Jones Day represented The Babcock & Wilcox Company in connection with the $1.0 billion spin-off of its Power Generation business creating Babcock & Wilcox Enterprises, Inc. Following the spin-off, The Babcock & Wilcox Company changed its name to BWX Technologies, Inc. Babcock & Wilcox Enterprises, Inc. and BWX Technologies, Inc. are each independent public companies listed on the New York Stock Exchange.
