Client(s) Sprint Corporation

Jones Day advised wholly owned domestic subsidiaries of Sprint Communications, Inc., a telecommunications company, in connection with an $800 million credit facility. The facility was used to finance the supply of telecommunications technology and equipment from Nokia Solutions and Networks US LLC.
