Jones Day successfully negotiated a multi-million dollar settlement with the State of California, Health and Human Services Agency, Department of Health Care Services on behalf of a medical center regarding Medicaid reimbursement practices related to the 340B drug discount program. This is one of the first multi-million dollar settlements of a Medicaid reimbursement enforcement action related to the federal drug discount program.
