Jones Day is defending Takeda Pharmaceuticals North America, Inc. and Takeda Pharmaceuticals Company Limited as trial counsel in over 3000 suits pending in a consolidated proceeding in Cook County, Illinois related to its Type 2 diabetes drug, Actos.
