XIO Group acquires COMPO EXPERT business from Triton Partners

Jones Day advised XIO Group on the fund's inaugural investment in the secondary leveraged buyout from Triton Partners of the COMPO EXPERT business, a leading supplier of specialty fertilizer products for professional applications. Jones Day also assisted with the acquisition financing that was arranged by Commerzbank Aktiengesellschaft and IKB Deutsche Industriebank AG, with Commerzbank International S.A. as agent and security agent.
