Client(s) Quintiles Transnational Holdings Inc.

Jones Day advised Quintiles Transnational Holdings Inc. in its joint venture with Quest Diagnostics Inc. to form a global clinical trials laboratory services business. The Firm advised Quintiles on worldwide competition law compliance, the creation of the UK joint venture entity formed to own and operate the joint venture's non-U.S. businesses, the transfer of those businesses to the UK joint venture entity, and related employment law issues.
